We’re excited to report that construction has officially begun on Vincent’s Acres, Naples’ newest Habitat Collier neighborhood. Located near the corner of Davis and Collier Boulevards, this neighborhood is convenient to many local workplaces and less than two miles from Interstate 75.

The site plan features nearly 17 acres of land which will eventually boast 79 single-family homes.

Residents can look forward to more green space including a recreational common area in the center of the neighborhood, with plenty of space for children to play and for families to get together.

To enhance the “front-porch neighborhood” aesthetic, parking will be rear-loaded via an alley system behind the homes. A 2.6-acre lake will border the north end of the neighborhood and a wall on the opposite side of the lake will dampen the sights and sounds of traffic on Davis Boulevard.

In 2013, Toni Stabile made a very generous gift in memory of her brother, philanthropist Vincent A. Stabile. The funds were used to purchase the land for Vincent’s Acres which was named in his honor.
